With nearly a full lifetime spent in the marine industry, Quinn represents the second generation of Bellamys to pilot the Silver Lake Marine ship. Quinn is active in both a managerial and sales capacity, so chances are if you're anywhere around the marina, you'll bump into him. If you're out on Silver Lake looking to take that last run before the sun goes down when the water's flat - you just might catch him there, too (although with three daughters now, he spends as much time at dance recitals and basketball tournaments as he does behind the boat!)

One of the senior members of our staff, Skyler has been with us since 2000 and has done it all. Through the years you've seen him in the Service Department, Parts Department, and Sales Department. She alone represented our growing business' entire sales deparment for over 19 years! Jane knows a thing or two about treating customers like family; two minutes with her on the phone or in person will prove it. For anyone who's ever worked with Grandma Jane, you know what I'm talking about!

We don't call him 'Big Pappa' for nothing. As the patriarch of the Silver Lake Marine family, Jim (and his wife Jane) built one of the most respected and honest boat dealerships in the country. Although retired from our family business, Big Jim stops in from time to time to make sure the I's are dotted and the T's are getting crossed. But these days, he's more interested in manicuring his lawn in the summers and dusting the trails on his snowmobile when winter sets in. We suppose he's earned his time off 🤷♂️

Tim (aka Timbo Von Kirtzmeister), is a seasoned technician that we’re proud to have on staff here at SLM! He’s got over 15 years of experience in the automotive field and has enjoyed boating with his family throughout his life. Tim is married (sorry, ladies) and has three children. He enjoys tent camping in the trees, finger painting, and watching The Price is Right re-runs (the good ones with Bob Barker). Just kidding….we have no idea what Tim does when he’s not at work, but he’s a skilled mechanic that always gets the job done right, so we like him….we like him a lot!

"Lil" Matt's the baby of the bunch - albeit quite a big baby - but don't let his boyish looks and juvenile behavior fool you...Matt's a wrenchin' machine! Matt grew up in the dairy industry, working mechanics (and anything else the day called for) at his family's 1200 head dairy farm. From there, he earned a degree in Ag Engineering from SUNY Morrisville that led to an early career in the Ag Service industry, where Matt served as a Technician and ultimately, a Service Manager. Eventually, Matt's eyes turned toward the Marine Industry. Perhaps it was his Uncle Quinn's persistence in having Matt join the SLM Family or it may have been the fact that Matt's spent his whole life on the water in his family's boats, but either way...the water called - and SLM gained yet another stellar crew member! Matt Andrews - SLM Service Technician and all around Good Guy...your boat is ALWAYS in good hands with Lil Matt!

James, or "Hank the Tank" as local legend has it, has been known to lift boats with a single hand! Sure, that hand pulls a hydraulic lever on our 17 Ton forklift, which in turn does most of the heavy lifting...but you get the point. James is also a key component of our Parts / Service Team. From parts shipping/receiving to inventory control and over the counter parts sales, Big J's got you covered.

Boat detailing/restoration and forklift handling are his weapons of mass destruction, but he's no stranger to the softer side of SLM - like helping Marsha lift heavy things or using non-aerosol glass cleaner for our beloved Office Manager, Traci.
